2. Aims and Scope

The journal of Mechanical Science and Technology for Aerospace Engineering is an academic journal administered by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and sponsored by Northwestern Polytechnical University, founded in 1981. The journal mainly publishes innovative basic theoretical research and excellent scientific research results of engineering technology application in the field of mechanical engineering and its cross-disciplines, emphasizing theoretical, innovative, academic and forward-looking. The authors and readers are located in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, enterprises and public institutions in related research fields across the country.

Scope of publications includes, but are not limited to the following:

3. Peer Review

After initial screening by editors, the manuscripts are then rigorously peer-reviewed for originality, significance, organization, presentation and clarity via double-blind review by anonymous reviewers who have no interest conflict with the authors. Then, an associate chief editor will review the paper which has passed the experts' review. Only with the approval from all reviewers can the paper be finally published.
