含间隙弹性传动机构的仿真分析

Analysis of an Elastic Transmission Mechanism With Joint Clearance

  • 摘要: 针对间隙及构件弹性对某传动机构的可靠性运行有着较大的影响作用,以该机构的理想状态为基础,建立了同时考虑转动副间隙和构件弹性的机构分析模型。通过ADAMS软件平台仿真,分别对理想机构、含间隙机构、以及同时考虑构件弹性和间隙3种情况下的该传动机构进行模拟,最终得出该传动机构的位移、速度、加速度及运动副接触反力的变化规律。结果表明:间隙副中轴销与轴套产生的内碰撞导致了加速度及副反力较大的波动;而考虑构件弹性后,间隙处产生的加速度及副反力幅值减小,接触碰撞时间增长,即对间隙副中轴销与轴套的碰撞有一定的缓冲作用。
