Analysis of Crashworthiness Reliability for Composite Corrugated Beam

  • 摘要: 复合材料波纹梁因具有极佳的比吸能特性得到了广泛的应用,然而复合材料的结构参数及材料特性离散性较大,有些不确定参数对波纹梁抗撞性产生很大的影响,因此考虑对抗撞性影响较大的不确定性参数对波纹梁进行抗撞可靠性分析具有重要的工程意义。本文以复合材料波纹梁为研究对象,针对结构中非概率参数的不确定性问题,引入多维椭球凸模型技术,并结合显式有限元技术和多项式响应面模型技术,进行不确定性传播分析,从而找出影响波纹梁抗撞性较大的不确定性参数,对波纹梁的抗撞性可靠性进行分析。结果表明,基于多维椭球凸模型的复合材料抗撞可靠性分析方法具有较高的精度和较强的工程实用性。
