Extracting Fault Features of Tractor Reducer with Improved ITD Method and Slice Bispectrum

  • 摘要: 为有效识别曳引机减速器的故障特征频率,提出基于改进固有时间尺度分解(ITD)和切片双谱的故障诊断方法,采用分段三次Hermit插值求取信号的包络线,将减速器故障信号分解为若干个固有分量,选取相关分量并求取切片双谱,通过对比正常状态下频谱图与切片双谱,在剔除非二次相位耦合信息的基础上找到故障特征频率。通过仿真验证和诊断实例证明改进ITD和切片双谱能够有效剔除非二次相位耦合信息,实现对故障特征的准确提取。
