Similarity Theory Application in Structure Design of Shearer Drum

  • 摘要: 为了提高采煤机螺旋滚筒的截割性能,利用量纲分析法得到了滚筒截割系统的相似准则方程及各参数的相似比;以某型采煤机螺旋滚筒为原型,基于相似理论设计了一种新型大采高采煤机滚筒,并用采煤机滚筒辅助设计软件进行了相似性验证,再将其与缩尺模型进行对比分析。结果表明:相似模型与原型保持着良好的截割性能相似性,其切削面积比原型增加了17%,且基于相似理论的设计方法优于缩尺转换方法,为采煤机螺旋滚筒的快速设计提供了一种新途径。
