Application of B-spline in Reverse Design Method of Screw Rotor Profiles

  • 摘要: 鉴于啮合线与转子型线的一一对应关系,且其能够反映出转子型线的某些重要性能参数,针对传统的"转子法"和"齿条法"设计方法的不足,采用从啮合线推导双螺杆压缩机阴、阳转子型线的啮合线法,并将B样条曲线作为啮合线的组成曲线,实现对转子齿形的局部快捷调整,更加方便控制啮合线的形状。在现有转子型线的基础上,基于B样条曲线设计了一条啮合线,反推出阴阳转子型线,对最终得到的转子型线在不同工况下进行CFD模拟计算,分析其内部流场特性,与传统设计结果进行对比研究,最后通过实验有效验证了模拟结果的可靠性,进一步为双螺杆压缩机的可靠性设计提供了一种新的设计手段。
