Research on Kinematic Parameter Optimum Matching of Thin Coal Seam Shearer

  • 摘要: 薄煤层采煤机装煤效率的问题一直备受关注,为了使采煤机在截割功率允许范围内,装煤率得到改善并保证能耗最小、切削面积最大、进而达到截割性能最优,对采煤机运动学参数匹配问题进行了研究。采用EDEM软件,建立了采煤机截割部的离散元仿真模型,分析了滚筒转速、牵引速度与实际装煤量、装煤率之间的关系;采用MATLAB软件,建立了滚筒截割比能耗以及切削面积的数学模型,以装煤率、实际装煤量、切削面积、截割比能耗为目标函数,建立了采煤机滚筒运动学参数的多目标优化方程,通过优化得到了牵引速度与滚筒转速的最佳匹配值。研究表明:当滚筒转速为53.4 r/min、牵引速度为8.9 m/min时,滚筒性能达到最优。此时滚筒装煤率为59.025 7%,实际装煤量200.541 1 t/h,切削面积56.667 cm2,截割比能耗0.874 kW·h/m3。
