Forming Technology on Complex More-bending Thin-wall Copper Tube

  • 摘要: 多弯曲薄壁管件各弯曲部位的位置精度、形状精度难于控制,弯曲件难于满足具有装配要求的使用场合。本文分析了多弯曲薄壁细长铜管的成形难点,提出了"由单段到平面,由平面到空间"的多弯曲铜管分步成形方案,开展了弯曲工艺优化,解决了各局部弯曲成形的问题,设计了弯曲成形及精度控制工装,实现了多弯曲薄壁铜管高效、高质量直接弯曲成形。经比较,分步成形方案效率、成本、精度均优于U形焊接成形方案。
