Study on Compacting Mechanism of Core Void for Cross Wedge Rolling Shaft Using Floating-pressure Method

  • 摘要: 为有效地消除心部空洞,提高楔横轧轴件的机械性能,提出利用高压气体压实楔横轧轴件心部空洞的新方法,简称浮压法。利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件,研究了浮压法实现轴件心部空洞闭合的机理和工艺参数的影响规律。结果表明:心部空洞闭合的条件是高温轴件应受三向压应力、负平均应力和较大的剪应力共同作用;气压或轴件温度越高,空洞闭合就越快,但对轴件外形尺寸几乎没有影响。
