Experimentally Reducing Vibration and Noise of Gear System using Magneto-rheological Damper

  • 摘要: 针对齿轮箱在运行中振动噪声较大的问题,提出一种将磁流变阻尼器用于齿轮传动系统的振动噪声控制的方法。搭建了齿轮减振降噪实验台,通过对轴承座和转轴的振动、以及齿轮噪声声压级的监测,实验研究了磁流变阻尼器对齿轮系统的减振降噪特性。结果表明,磁流变阻尼器能有效抑制齿轮传动系统的振动与噪声,轴承座振动加速度有效值及振动烈度的幅值降幅在50%左右,转轴轴振峰峰值降幅达55%;各频率的噪声声压级均有8 dB左右的降低。阻尼器能抑制啮合频率及其高次谐波、转频及其高次谐波等各频率下的振动噪声,实现宽频减振;且能有效保证齿轮传动系统在较宽的转速范围内平稳运行。
