Reverse Design and Dynamic Simulation of Rotors for Screw Compressor

  • 摘要: 针对传统的双螺杆压缩机转子型线的正向设计方法,计算过程繁琐复杂,且无法预判型线综合性能的问题,在深入研究啮合线与转子型线间关系的基础上,提出一种反向设计方法:通过设计啮合线反求获得阴阳转子型线。建立反向设计时阴阳转子的坐标转换关系,基于啮合原理推导反向设计阴阳转子型线的具体过程,分别以几种典型曲线作为啮合线段反求阴阳转子型线方程。在GHH型线的研究基础上,自行设计了一条啮合线,反向推导计算出一对阴阳转子型线进行流体分析并与GHH型线对比,发现该反向设计转子型线与GHH型线性能接近。结合实验结果表明,反向设计方法可有效应用于螺杆转子型线设计。
