Residual Life Prediction of Remanufacturing for Mining Waste Parts Based on Two-parameter Weibull Distribution

  • 摘要: 对日益增长的废旧矿冶零部件废弃物进行剩余寿命预测是对其再制造循环利用的前提和基础。由于矿冶废旧零部件灰尘多、腐蚀大、磨损快的特殊工况,传统寿命预测方法往往存在预测不准确的难题。据此,在综合了加权最小二乘及平均秩次优点基础上,提出一种采用垂直残差平方和与水平残差平方和对两参数威布尔分布进行参数估计的新方法,建立了两参数威布尔分布下再制造废旧部件剩余寿命预测模型,为特殊工况的废旧零部件寿命预测提供了一种新的解决途径。以电动轮自卸车曲轴为例,验证了上述方法的可行性。
