Development of UG NX Post-processor in Turn-milling Machining with FANUC System

  • 摘要: 计算机辅助编程中,不同CAD/CAM软件的后处理器是不同的。借助于UG后处理构造器,根据FANUC 18i系统极坐标编程和圆柱坐标编程原理,分别针对轴向端面加工和径向圆周加工两种工况,研制了两套适用于FANUC 18i系统的车铣复合加工后处理。为了考证后处理器的可行性和可靠性,针对一中等复杂程度的车铣复合零件,在UG CAM环境下进行了前处理、计算机加工仿真和后处理,在Spinner PD型车铣机床上进行了铝合金切削实验。考证试验表明,针对FANUC系统开发的后处理器可靠性好,在轴向端面加工和径向圆周加工两种不同工况下能够无差错的进行NC代码转换,特别适合实际生产中复杂零件的计算机辅助编程,有应用推广价值。
