Test and Simulation of Dynamic Characteristics of Joint Interface in Machine

  • 摘要: 机械系统的振动特性多依赖于其结合面的动态特性,以动力总成系统的螺栓联接结合面为研究对象,设计了模拟机械结合面动态特性的非标试验测试装置,经过多轮次的试验,确定了结合面切、法向刚度和阻尼的测试流程和参数识别方法,获得了接触压力、结合面材料和接触面状态等因素对结合面动态特性的影响规律。提出了薄层单元结合面等效计算模型,并基于试验测试数据,建立了考虑结合面影响的等效动力学模型。变速箱壳体组合模态的计算结果表明,该等效计算模型具有较高的计算精度和良好的工程适用性。
