Fault Analysis of Nose Landing Gear Emergency Lowering System and Design of an Emergency Disconnection Scheme

  • 摘要: 现代飞行器起落架为了减少在飞行时的阻力,一般都设计为可收放的形式.针对某客机前起落架应急放无法上锁的问题,建立了该起落架收放机构及舱门联动机构的力学平衡方程并进行了理论分析,进而基于LMS Virtual.Lab/Motion建立了应急放动力学分析虚拟样机并分析了各外部载荷对收放过程的影响,结果表明,前舱门气动力在起落架应急放行程末端突变为不利载荷,阻碍了起落架应急放下上锁.在上述分析的基础上设计了一种舱门应急断离方案,建立了其动力学模型并通过仿真分析验证了该方案的可行性.
