Reliability Modeling and Assessment for Rudder System of a Civil Airplane

  • 摘要: 采用马尔科夫可靠性分析方法,对某型民机方向舵系统进行了可靠性建模与评估.在选定方向舵系统关键航线可更换组件LRU(line replaceable unit)的基础上,对相应关键设备重要故障模式进行了分类和分析,进而建立方向舵系统马尔科夫可靠性模型,并完成了方向舵系统平均寿命(mean time to failure,MTTF)估计、系统体系结构评估和其他可靠性因素分析.这一建模评估与分析过程简单实用,不但可以为方向舵系统可靠性与故障容错设计提供帮助,也可以扩展至其他系统,为关键系统可靠性设计与评估提供技术支持.
