Research on the Transverse Equivalent Modulus of Elasticity for Metal Perforated Foil for Electrode Collector

  • 摘要: 为揭示穿孔箔横向等效弹性模量与穿孔箔结构参数(孔隙率、孔形状、孔分布)之间的内在联系,根据均匀化理论,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对穿孔箔的单位胞元进行模拟与分析,结果发现穿孔箔的横向等效弹性模量主要是由孔隙率决定,孔隙率越多,横向等效弹性模量越小;孔形状、孔分布对横向等效弹性模量也有一定的影响,孔隙率越多,影响越明显.减少孔的横向截面积,有利于穿孔箔横向等效模量的增加.最后通过实验对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明有限元法模拟结果存在一定的误差.
