Study on the Relationship Between the Structural Design of Pump Volute and Lift for the Solid-liquid Two-phase Flow Pump

摘要: 通过联立固液两相流泵蜗壳的不同形式的特性方程,得出了全新的两相流泵流量扬程与蜗壳基圆、喉部面积等的数学关系式,并分析了蜗壳结构(基圆、喉舌面积)对两相流泵的扬程的影响规律,即两相流泵的扬程与蜗壳基圆直径成正比,两相流泵扬程与喉部面积成反比.Abstract: Through the different forms of simultaneous characteristic equations of the solid-liquid two-phase flow pump volute,a new mathematical relationship between the new two-phase flow pump flow lift and the basic circle,the throat area of volute,etc. is obtained,and then the influence of the volute structure(basic circle,mouthpiece area) on the lift of two phase flow pump is analyzed. The results show that the lift of two phase flow pump is proportional to the basic circle diameter of volute,and is inversely proportional to the throat area of volute.
