The Relationship Between Enveloping Worm Pairs Contact Line Transmission and Symmetrical Modification Parameters

摘要: 在蜗杆副Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型接触线研究基础上,应用空间啮合原理,探求和分析蜗杆副齿面上含蜕变点的特殊接触线型式.首先对啮合方程和接触线方程进行严格的数学分析和推导,得到接触线蜕变点 的方程并求出蜕变点,接着对环面蜗杆副接触线蜕变点进行分析,划分了蜗轮齿面上接触线型,分析了接触线型对蜗杆副啮合性能的影响.并进一步例证研究了接触线蜕变点和对称修形下参数之间的关系,为蜗轮齿面的修形提供数据参考,为现场蜗杆副装配提供了参数的选择范围.Abstract: Basing on the study of type I and type II contact lines of worm pairs,the special contact lines on the meshing surface with transmission point have been explored and analyzed by using the theory of spatial engagement.Firstly,the meshing equation and contact line equation have been analyzed and deduced,so the equation and coordinates of transmission point has been achieved. Next,the transmission point on the contact line of enveloping worm pairs is analyzed,and the types of contact lines on the mesh surface are discerned,the effect of the type of contact line on the property of worm pairs is analyzed. Furthermore the ralationship between the transmission point of contact line and symmetrical shape optimization parameters is also studied. The results provide reference data to the shape optimization for worm gears and supply parameters for the field assembling of worm pairs.
