Dimensional Synthesis of 3-UPS /PU Driving Platform of Flight Simulator Based on Simulation Performance

  • 摘要: 研究了一种三自由度飞行模拟器驱动平台的尺度综合方法。该驱动平台由动平台、静平台、3条UPS无约束主动支链和1条PU恰约束从动支链组成,并提出从动支链由气动支撑单元构成,通过压缩气体承载主要负载,以提高驱动平台的模拟性能。基于Rayleigh商和向量的性质,提出了基于向量2范数的模拟性能评价指标,通过单调性分析讨论了各尺度参数对驱动平台刚度、操作性能和模拟性能的影响规律,并通过该影响规律寻求评价函数的最优解。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
