Fault Tree Analysis of Diamond Roller Rotation System Based on Set Pair Analysis Theory

  • 摘要: 为提高磨齿机金刚滚轮转动系统的可靠性,将集对分析理论引入到金刚滚轮转动系统故障树分析过程中,建立了集对分析理论与故障树相结合的集对故障树模型,推导了该模型中常用的逻辑门集对算子并给出了模型的基本分析流程,计算了金刚滚轮转动系统故障发生的可能性区间,提出了其失效的改进措施。该方法有效降低了系统转动失效的可能性,提高了数控磨齿机的可靠性。
