Effect of the Joints Clearance on The Precision of Bottom Dead Center for Multi-rod Mechanical Press

  • 摘要: 现代加工业对压力机加工精度的要求越来越高,为了探索多连杆压力机运动副间隙对精度的影响,基于ADAMS计算机仿真软件平台建立多连杆压力机动力学模型,采用冲击函数理论模拟间隙接触的碰撞,研究含间隙的运动副对刚性多连杆机构下死点重复精度的影响。结果表明:间隙的存在影响下死点的重复精度,随着转速的提高下死点波动值增大,且下死点位置的平均值向下漂移。与试验测量数据对比分析,确定出运动副间隙是影响下死点波动值的重要因素,而间隙引起的下死点漂移量占实际漂移量比例很小。
