Analysis on Mechanical Properties of the Fracture Blade in Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine

摘要: 针对高炉煤气余压透平在工作过程中出现的叶片断裂情况,采用有限元分析方法,对该叶片的静态强度和刚度进行了计算分析。计算了叶片的固有频率和振型,对动态特性进行了分析;测试了叶片的固有频率。对计算结果、测试结果以及企业提供的设计数据进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:叶片的断裂不是由于叶片的静态强度和刚度不够造成的,不是由于单纯的某阶共振导致的,叶片的断裂可能是由于工作过程中的异常激励,各阶振动综合作用的结果。叶片固有频率的设计值、计算值和测试值吻合较好,叶片的动态特性设计较好。Abstract: The blade of TRT device which was used in a corporation is broken.Static strength and stiffness of the blade was analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS.Natural frequencies and modes of the blade were calculated,and then its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The natural frequency of blade was tested.The analysis results show that the fracture of the blade was not caused by its insufficient strength and stiffness.There gets a good match between the design value,calculated value and test value of blade's natural frequency.It is proved that the dynamic characteristics design of the blade is all right.The fracture of the blade is not due to one pure resonance and the coupling effect of the abnormal incentive and various vibrations maybe cause the fracture of the blade.
