Research on a Highly Efficient Multi-axis N/C Machining Technology of the Open-integrated Impeller

摘要: 针对开式整体导叶轮的结构特点,提出了一套高效的多轴联动数控加工工艺技术。该技术将导叶轮的加工规划为粗加工和精加工两个阶段:首先利用型腔铣高效去除毛坯的大余量,然后利用基于加工过程中的工件的3+2轴的加工方式进行半精加工,该方法有效地解决了曲面局部余量分布不均的现象;重新规整驱动参数面的u、v参数,结合参数线加工路径规划方法的特点,利用边界点插补来控制刀轴矢量的方式进行精加工。实践表明:该工艺技术除了提高加工质量外,还能有效缩短导叶轮生产周期。Abstract: According to the characteristics of the open-integrated impeller,a highly efficient multi-axis N/C machining processing technology was proposed.The processing was divided into rough machining and finish machining: the roughing is conducted through processing method of 3+2 axis based on IPW and cavity milling,so that big margins can be removed and uneven distribution of local margins can be solved,while the finishing through resetting the u and v parameter lines of the driving surface,and through controlling the tool-axis vector with the interpolation of the boundary point.The machining practice shows that this processing technology can improve the processing quality and shorten the manufacturing cycle efficiently.
