Horizontal Crash Testing Facility Design of Light Aircraft

摘要: 研究了轻型飞机全机水平撞击试验装置设计技术。首先,文章总结了水平轨道弹射、斜坡下滑和单摆下落这几类水平撞击试验实现方案的优缺点,确定了试验撞击方案和试验步骤。其次,根据飞机结构耐撞性评估的要求,设计了飞机悬吊/释放装置、测力平台,并给出了传感器的选择与布置方法。最后,以某轻型飞机为研究对象,完成了全机水平撞击试验,测得了乘员过载、撞击载荷等反应飞机结构耐撞性能的重要参数指标,并在此基础上评价了该型飞机的耐撞性能。Abstract: This paper focuses on the design of horizontal crash testing facility of light aircraft.Firstly,several crash testing methods such as horizontal track ejection,slope down and the pendulum drop have been discussed to determine the project and testing procedure of the crash test.Secondly,the suspension and release facilities have been designed according to the requirement of the validation of aircraft crashworthiness,and the selection and positioning method of the sensors have been discussed as well.Full scale crash testing of a light aircraft has been performaed,and important parameters such as overloading of the occupant and the impact force etc.have been measured.Based on these testing results the crashworthiness of the light aircraft has been validated.
