Study on the Improvement Method of Turboshaft Engine

摘要: 以组合压气机轴流部分为主要改进对象,对涡轴发动机改进发展方案的确定方法展开研究。依据最小改动原则,给出了改进后轴流压气机参数及涡轮前温度的确定方法。以某涡轴发动机为例,计算并分析了相应设计参数和性能随轴流增压比的变化及轴流压气机效率对它们的影响,为改进方案的参数调整提供方向,同时给出功率提高10%和20%的技术发展方案。Abstract: As the improvement object for the axial part in the combined compressor,the improvement schemes of turboshaft engine were studied.Based on the minimum modification principle,the calculation method of axial compressor parameters and turbine inlet temperature was improved.For given turboshaft engine,corresponding parameters and performance with the axial compressor ratio was calculated and analyzed.And the effects analysis of the axial compressor efficiency was accomplished.Those results provided foundation to adjust parameters for the improvement schemes.It provided improvement schemes of increasing 10% and 20% shaft power,in which the reference for the improvement development of the certain turboshaft engine were obtained.
