Kinetics Model of 6-DOF Vibration Isolation SimMechanics

摘要: 精密仪器设备的使用需考虑六自由度隔振问题,从研究弹性支撑方式下的六自由度振动方程出发,推导出了四点正交弹性支撑与四点径向斜交弹性支撑情况下的固有频率计算公式;利用Matlab/SimMechanics建立起了弹性支撑动力学仿真模型,在Simulink仿真环境下进行了模态仿真测试,仿真结果与理论推导所得的固有频率、模态吻合。Abstract: In this paper,the six-degree of freedom(6-DOF) motion equations of elastic vibration isolation system were established and the natural frequency formulas have been derived under the elastic orthogonal and oblique supports.The kinetics model of 6-DOF vibration isolation system was built based on Matlab/SimMechanics and the modal simulation tests have been done in Simulink environment.The test results proved that the kinematical simulation tallies with the theoretical derivation.The kinematical model is realized in Matlab and lays the foundations of active control of 6-DOF vibration isolation.
