A New Method for Dynamics Analysis on Polygon Effect of Oil Saw Chain

摘要: 锯链系统多边形效应是引起油锯锯链传动不平稳的主要因素,是油锯锯链传动中产生冲击和动载荷、导致噪声和锯链抖动的重要原因。对锯链系统进行适当简化后,利用数值近似和差分法提出了一种新的油锯锯链系统多边形效应动力学分析方法,并通过编程软件Matlab编写相应的程序,得出了速度和动载荷在一个周期内的变化曲线。通过与传统的链传动多边形效应动力学分析方法所得结果进行比较,表明该方法更适合于油锯锯链系统多边形效应动力学分析。Abstract: Polygon effect of saw chain system is a major factor of the unstableness of oil saw chain drive,which will cause impact,dynamic load,noise and dithering of saw chain.A new method is presented in this paper for the dynamics analysis on polygon effect of oil saw chain system.With appropriate simplifications of the oil saw chain system,dynamics on polygon effect of oil saw chain system is analyzed by using difference method of numerical approximation,and a Matlab program is designed accordingly,and then the varying curves of parameters such as speed and dynamic load are obtained in one period.Compared with results obtained by using traditional methods available in textbook,it is shown that the proposed new method is more appropriate for dynamics analysis on polygon effect of oil saw chain system.
