Fatigue Analysis of High Power Level Wind Turbine Top Flange

摘要: 基于风力机法兰有限元分析模型,对MW级风力机法兰疲劳损伤进行了研究。利用MSC.Marc/Mentat软件分析了风力发电机法兰的疲劳应力;运用雨流循环计数法计算了法兰的疲劳载荷谱。最后,提出了一种将雨流循环计数法与Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论相结合的法兰疲劳损伤计算的方法,并根据GL规范修正了法兰材料的S-N曲线。分析结果表明:该方法是可靠实用的。Abstract: The fatigue damage of high power level wind turbine top flange has been studied based on its finite element model.The fatigue stress was analyzed using the nonlinear finite element software MSC.Marc/Mentat,the fatigue load spectrum had also been calculated by the rain flow circulation counting method.A new method which combines the rain flow circulation count method with Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage law to calculate the fatigue damage of top flange was then proposed in the pesent study.In the fatigue damage analysis,the S-N curve of top flange material has been modified according to Germanischer Lloyd standard.The results indicate that the proposed method is feasible and relaiable,and it can provide a more accurate idea of fatigue analysis of wind turbine top flange.
