Dynamic Modeling and Response Analysis of Corrugated Paperboard to Shock Excitation

  • 摘要: 利用瓦楞纸板衬垫-砝码系统模拟真实的包装件。考虑了瓦楞纸板的粘弹性,对瓦楞纸板衬垫在冲击激励下的动态特性进行了建模。将系统自由响应数据表达为复指数函数叠加的形式,采用复指数法识别出自由响应数据的极点和留数。建立了瓦楞纸板衬垫冲击激励实验系统,识别出不同载荷条件下瓦楞纸板的模型参数。采用圆整冲击加速度函数模拟真实的半正弦波,分析了系统在冲击支座激励下的加速度响应。
