The Effect of the Plasma Nitriding Layer in Aviation Kerosene Environment on the Tribological Behavior of Ti6Al4V Titanium Alloy

  • 摘要: 为改善钛合金在航空煤油中的摩擦学性能,采用辉光离子渗氮技术对Ti6Al4V钛合金表面进行改性处理。分析了渗氮层的表面形态、组织结构、显微硬度沿层深的分布,对比研究了钛合金基体、渗氮层和5CrMnMo工具钢在航空煤油中分别与GCr15钢及QSn4-3铜合金配副对磨时的耐磨性能,并探讨了渗氮层的表面粗糙度对摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明:Ti6Al4V钛合金表面渗氮层硬度明显高于5CrMnMo工具钢,经表面抛光后处理,其耐磨性能显著优于钛合金基材与5CrMnMo工具钢,同时也有效降低了摩擦配副的表面磨损。研究同时发现QSn4-3铜合金配副的磨损体积损失与渗氮层的表面粗糙度呈线性递增关系,原因归于铜合金配副的磨损失效由渗氮层表面微凸体的磨粒磨损作用及航空煤油的润滑状况决定。
