Experimental Identification of Transient Torque Fault Based on Bearing Load

  • 摘要: 基于多轮盘转子系统的轴承负荷对扭矩扰动故障进行辨识。通过负荷传感器直接采集轴承负荷信号,结合负荷对扭矩激励的敏感度矩阵,对暂态扭矩进行辨识计算,并与扭矩传感器测得的数据结果进行对比分析。结果表明:辨识结果的误差在可接受范围之内。证明了基于轴承负荷识别暂态扭矩扰动这一方法的可行性。
