Finite Element Analysis of the Dynamic Characteristics in the Docking Process of Cone-perch Docking Mechanism

摘要: 综合考虑对接速度和对接角度在航天器对接过程中对锥杆式对接机构动态特性的影响, 采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了锥杆式对接机构多体接触有限元模型。基于显式动力学有限元算法, 采用全积分单元进行沙漏控制, 通过调整单元密度和采用混合时间积分算法提高计算速度, 对锥杆式对接机构进行动态特性分析, 得出了对接机构在对接过程中的动态响应及结构体的应力波动。分析结果表明:对接机构的动态特性参数会随对接速度及对接角度的增加呈现递增趋势;锥杆式对接机构的锥孔尺寸会引起对接过程中机构动态特性发生显著变化。Abstract: Considering the effect of docking speed and angles on the dynamic characteristic in the docking process of cone-perch docking mechanisms for spacecraft, a finite element model for dynamic contact of a cone-perch docking mechanism was established by using a software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Based on the explicit dynamics of finite element method, a fully integration algorithm was adopted to control hourglass, and calculation was accelerated by setting density of element and adopting mixed time integral arithmetic. The dynamic characteristics for cone-perch docking mechanism was analyzed, which obtains the dynamic response of docking mechanisms and the stress fluctuation of structures in the docking process. According to the analysis result, the parameters of dynamic characteristics increases with the increasing of docking speed and angles, and it is possible for significant change of dynamic characteristics being caused by the hole size.
