Optimization for Automobile Powertrain Mounting System

摘要: 发动机振动向车身的传递程度对车辆舒适性的影响很大, 针对某型汽车存在的发动机振动向车身传递偏大的问题, 将能量解耦法应用在动力总成悬置系统优化领域。建立了该汽车动力总成悬置系统的动力学模型并推导出运动微分方程, 开发出基于MATLAB的动力总成悬置系统优化平台。分别运用该软件平台和ADAMS软件对动力总成悬置系统进行建模和优化, 通过对比分析得到的优化结果, 证明使用基于MATLAB开发的软件平台对动力总成悬置系统进行优化是可行的。Abstract: Transmission rate of the vibration between engine and automotive body will have a significant influence on the ride comfort of vehicle. Aiming at the problem of high degree of vibration transfer from engine to body existed on a type of automobile, energy decoupling method is applied to the field of powertrain mounting system optimization. A dynamic model of the powertrain mounting system is built while the differential equations of motion are established. Then the powertrain mount system optimization platform is developed based on the MATLAB software. The modeling and optimization for the powertrain mounting system was completed by using this platform and ADAMS software, respectively. Analysis and comparison of the optimized results showed that it is feasible to apply this platform to conduct an optimization for the vibration isolation of the powertrain mounting system.
