Research on Fault Diagnosis Approach of Gear Pump Based on Improved Evidence Theory

摘要: 针对齿轮泵早期故障信号的不确定性,提出了一种基于改进证据理论的故障诊断方法。首先改进了证据理论,提出了基于特征参数灰色关联分析的基本概率赋值函数生成方法,解决了证据理论在故障诊断中原始证据生成问题;其次,定义了证据之间的夹角余弦,利用冲突证据判据对原始证据进行冲突性检验,对于冲突证据通过可信度进行局部修正,保留可信证据。最后对修正后的证据进行融合。多传感器振动特征融合实验结果验证了改进方法具有较高的诊断正确性。Abstract: Aiming at the uncertainty of fault signals from the gear pump, a new fault diagnosis approach based on improved evidence theory is presented in this paper. Firstly,the evidence theory is improved, and basic probability assignment function is created based on grey incidence analysis of characteristic parameters, which solves the original evidence creation problem in fault diagnosis. Secondly, the cosine between evidence vectors is defined. The original evidence is tested by means of conflict evidence criterion, in which conflicting evidence is modified by credibility and credible evidence is reserved. Finally, the modified evidence is fused in combination formula. The multisensor vibration test for gear pumps proves that this approach owns higher diagnostic precision than classical evidence theory and other representative approaches, and the results testify the validity of the new method. It achieves good diagnostic effect in factual equipment fault diagnosis.
