Segmented Extrapolation of Hydraulic Pump Load Spectrum based on Whole-machine Test of an Excavator

摘要: 为编制基于实测数据的挖掘机液压泵载荷谱,对某型号液压挖掘机整机进行试验,采集了挖掘机典型工况土石甩方作业下液压泵的载荷数据;基于实测数据,针对测试工况下挖掘机作业明显的分段特点,结合执行操作时各液压缸的动作,制定了液压泵载荷的分段方法;对实测数据进行分段并合成,选用基于载荷扩展的非参数外推方法,获得全寿命下的外推结果,该结果贴合挖掘机液压泵的实际作业情况,为液压泵后续试验和分析提供了数据基础。Abstract: In order to compile the load spectrum of hydraulic pump in an excavator based on the measured data, a certain kind of hydraulic excavator was tested and the load data of the excavator under typical working conditions was collected. Based on the measured data, the load segmentation of hydraulic pump was standardized according to obvious segmentation characteristics of the working conditions. The data was segmented and connected, and the non-parametric extrapolation method based on load extension was selected to extrapolate it. The results were reasonable compared with the actual operation of the hydraulic pump, which can provide a data foundation for the subsequent test and analysis of hydraulic pump.
