Segmented Extrapolation of Hydraulic Pump Load Spectrum based on Whole-machine Test of an Excavator

  • 摘要: 为编制基于实测数据的挖掘机液压泵载荷谱,对某型号液压挖掘机整机进行试验,采集了挖掘机典型工况土石甩方作业下液压泵的载荷数据;基于实测数据,针对测试工况下挖掘机作业明显的分段特点,结合执行操作时各液压缸的动作,制定了液压泵载荷的分段方法;对实测数据进行分段并合成,选用基于载荷扩展的非参数外推方法,获得全寿命下的外推结果,该结果贴合挖掘机液压泵的实际作业情况,为液压泵后续试验和分析提供了数据基础。
