Measurement and Control of Driveline Imbalance for a Vehicle

  • 摘要: 研究了汽车传动系的动平衡测试和控制方法,并建立了动平衡的测试流程。通过阶次分离方法来确定汽车变速箱的档位,用相位稳定方法确定平衡转速,然后对试重块大小和位置的选择进行分析,并通过实测数据验证了该方法的准确性及可靠性。对系统等效面的动平衡构成因素进行了深入分析和计算,指出等效面的动平衡主要由部件不平衡、装配和其交叉影响因素构成。通过矢量叠加理论分析出采用等直径螺栓孔的连接法兰,部件控制综合跳动,装配时采用标记对点匹配方法,可以有效改善传动系动平衡引发的NVH问题,最后通过实车测试进行了效果验证。
