Bolts Load Analysis and Layout Optimization of the Inner and Outer Wing Connection Areas for Fighter Wings

  • 摘要: 针对机翼内外翼连接区域的结构特点,建立了内外翼连接区域螺栓连接的有限元计算模型。利用有限元软件进行了螺栓连接应力分析,获得了连接区域螺栓的钉载大小,并对螺栓布局参数进行灵敏度分析,确定了布局参数对钉载分布的影响规律。运用黄金分割法对螺栓布局参数进行了优化,使得最严重工况下的螺栓钉载值下降了18.61%,提高了结构的承载效率,为某型战机机翼内外翼连接区域螺栓设计提供了依据。
