Design of Pretreatment Process and Coating Process for Raw Material of Lithium Battery

摘要: 为提高锂电池浆料制备的效率与质量,在现有工艺方案的基础上,设计了一种自动化程度较高的从锂离子动力电池原材料预处理工艺到涂布工艺的真空连续制浆工艺方案。并运用几何加权AHP法对应用比较广泛的三种制浆工艺方案与设计的真空连续制浆工艺方案进行方案评价。结果表明:影响浆料质量的关键因素分别是制浆系统自动化程度、混合分散工艺以及原材料预处理工艺;该工艺方案与现有的工艺方案相比具有一定的优势。以几何加权AHP法的结论为依据,对真空连续制浆关键设备进行了设计研究,最终得出了真空连续浆料制备系统原理图。Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and quality of lithium battery slurry preparation, on the basis of the existing process plan, this paper designs a vacuum continuous pulping process which can realize from the raw material pretreatment process of lithium ion power battery to the coating process by automatic. Using the method of geometric weighted AHP to build the transfer matrix method, the paper carries out the reliability analysis to evaluate the scheme of three kinds of pulping process and the design of vacuum continuous pulping. The results show that:the key factors influencing the quality of slurry are the degree of automation of the pulping system, the process of mixing and dispersing and the pretreatment of raw materials. comparing with the existing technology, the process has some advantages. Based on the conclusion of geometric weighted AHP method, the key equipment of vacuum continuous pulping process is researched, and finally the schematic diagram of vacuum slurry preparation system is obtained.
