Investigation of Axial Spline Extrusion with Frequency and Amplitude Modulation

  • 摘要: 花键类零件在动力传动机构中应用广泛,承载能力大,导向性好,定心精度高。常用加工方式主要是切削加工工艺和挤压、滚压的无切削加工工艺,受工艺方法的限制,在薄壁零件外花键加工中,极易造成工件变形,无法满足加工精度要求,特别是在航空难加工材料薄壁细长轴内外花键成形中,由于高温合金材料加工工艺性差,切削力大,是加工的一个难点。调频调幅轴向振动挤压成形加工工艺在加工过程中,模具挤压时附加振动,可有效降低挤压变形抗力,改善加工精度。研究振动挤压过程中的工艺参数,与传统工艺进行对比,同时得到各个工艺参数对加工工艺的定性关系,为优化振动挤压工艺参数和机床调整提供理论依据。进行了调频调幅轴向挤压主要工艺参数的测量试验,得到了调频调幅振动挤压的工艺参数并进行了分析研究,对薄壁细长轴外花键振动挤压成形工艺设计有重要的指导意义。
