Research on Kinematics and Dynamics of New-mode 200 kN Double-motor Servo Direct Driving Turret Press

  • 摘要: 提出新型200 kN双电机螺旋副直驱式回转头压力机的设计方案,基于两个独立的开关磁通交流伺服电机来直接驱动两个螺母独立运动。分析了该新型压力机工作时的运动学和动力学特性,并论述了其换模工况与冲压工况的工作内涵与设计要点。最后,建立了该新型压力机主传动系统在完成刻印与冲压两种工艺需求时的动力学和运动学分析模型,以及针对公称压力200 kN的回转头压力机两个开关磁通电机的额定转速与额定转矩的设计计算,并运用MATLAB软件进行仿真模拟,对设计结果进行了工程验证。
