Study on Gasoline Engine Combustion Noise Separation and Prediction

  • 摘要: 为控制发动机噪声,在发动机开发设计阶段对燃烧噪声进行预测,提出通过计算某发动机燃烧噪声传递函数,并将该传递函数用于发动机设计阶段燃烧噪声预测的方法。利用声级的叠加原理及发动机气缸压力分离方法,提取发动机的燃烧噪声以及引起燃烧噪声的燃烧压力,建立燃烧噪声传递函数求解模型,计算得到了该发动机的燃烧噪声传递函数。结合传递函数与同平台新机型的模拟缸压信号,获得新机型的燃烧噪声,并通过实验进行验证。实验证明本文提出的方法可以用于同平台新机型开发过程中燃烧噪声的预测与评估,对汽油机燃烧噪声控制及提高声品质具有非常重要的意义。
