Study on Systematically Parametric Design Method of Fixed Single Tripper

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于数字化设计方法,应用二次开发语言C#.NET、APDL及编程建立了系统参数化设计方法,包含三维模型设计及其非几何信息参数化方法,基于表视图的APDL参数化分析方法及基于有限元方法参数化模型基础上的结构优化设计方法。并将此方法应用于某型斗轮堆取料机固定式单尾车参数化设计与分析中。算例表明,此先进的数字化设计方法大大提高了非标产品设计效率,增加了模型的重用性并减少了设计差错,解决了数字化开发中的关键问题。
