Research on Deformation States of Cone Parts Via Single Point Incremental Forming

  • 摘要: 通过理论计算、有限元仿真和实验分别研究圆锥形件和方锥形件不同区域的应变状态,并对工具头直径对应变分布的影响以及方锥形件不同拐角半径的应变分布进行研究,结果表明圆锥形件存在平面应变、拉-拉和拉-压这3个区域;方锥形件在4个拐角处处于拉-拉区域,发生双向拉伸变形;工具头直径越大,板料发生双向拉伸的程度越明显;方锥形件拐角越大,拐角处越接近平面应变状态。
