Rolling-stock Axle Design Visualization System

  • 摘要: 为提高车轴现有算法的灵活性,基于Windows环境,以NX为平台,利用C#.net、Fortran以及C++net,通过混合编程技术集成开发了铁道车辆车轴设计可视化系统RAxleDVS(Rolling-stock Axle Design Visualization System),其中C#、Fortran、C++分别实现客户端设计以及NX接口调用、数值计算、云图显示。在车轴设计过程中,RAxleDVS分为前处理、求解计算、后处理三大功能;前处理实现参数化建模及网格划分;求解计算完成力加载、力求解、弯矩和应力的计算;后处理以线图和云图的方式显示计算结果。本系统集成了从车轴结构设计到强度校核的完整过程,对车轴的高效、可靠设计有很高的实用价值。
