Experimental Study on Longitudinal-torsional Resonance Rotary Ultrasonic Face Milling of CFRP

  • 摘要: 碳纤维复合材料加工中易产生分层、毛刺、撕裂等缺陷,是难加工材料。通过建立超声端铣碳纤维复合材料模型,分析两种角度下端铣碳纤维复合材料机理。采用纵扭共振旋转超声端铣和普通端铣碳纤维复合材料进行试验研究。试验结果表明:纵扭共振旋转超声端铣下,碳纤维复合材料已加工表面平整,刀具磨损少;而普通端铣条件下的已加工表面沟槽、凹坑较多,刀具磨损较大;超声端铣效果优于普通端铣。
