The Reliability Analysis of CNC Turret System Based on Fuzzy Fault Tree

  • 摘要: 从数控刀架转位过程的失效模式出发,运用故障树分析理论,建立了以刀架锁不紧和刀架卡死为顶事件的故障树模型,并收集相关的故障历时数据。针对模型中各事件故障发生概率不确定等因素,引入模糊数学理论,构建概率模糊数,并给出运算法则。对模糊故障树进行定量分析,得到顶事件故障概率区间及底事件重要度排序。结果表明:发信元件、预定位元件及规范操作为影响刀架可靠性的薄弱环节,从而为刀架可靠性的提升提供了良好的数据分析基础。
