Pretreatment and Post Treatment of Tooth Contact Analysis Based on ABAQUS

  • 摘要: 为了在使用ABAQUS进行齿轮接触分析时,减少手动工作量,提高结果文件的可读性,提出采用inp文件进行前处理的方法进行建模、装配和条件设置,并利用ABAQUS脚本文件对计算结果进行提取。采用Matlab等软件编写生成inp文件,并对提取的结果进行数据处理。使前处理避免了手动操作,并能在计算完成后提取齿轮重要性能参数接触印痕和应力曲线。
