Design and Performance Test for a Large Thrust Double U-typed Permanent-magnet Linear Motor

  • 摘要: 设计了一种应用于龙门五轴加工中心的大推力U型永磁同步直线电机,并对其性能进行了测试。结合电机使用环境和性能参数要求,对直线电机的基本尺寸、绕组形式和磁钢布置等进行了理论分析和计算;建立了该电机的有限元模型,采用有限元分析的方式对电机的静动态性能进行仿真分析,确定电机设计的最终方案并完成制造工作;应用直驱部件测试评价平台对电机的性能进行全面测试。实验测试结果满足系统的设计要求,证明了设计方法和设计过程的有效性。
