Improvement of lubrication Performance on Gear End-surface in External Gear Pumps

摘要: 为提高外啮合齿轮泵齿轮端面间隙内的润滑性能,提出了旨在强化其内动压效应的设计方法,结合加工简单的基本要求,以主从动齿轮的两轴心在浮动侧板内侧面上的投影点为基准,将浮动侧板内侧面分成上中下3大区域,其中,上下两区域的倾斜角由油膜最佳承载量条件来计算;中间区域为平行面,主要起密封作用.结果表明:提出的组合油楔结构以及推导出的斜面倾斜角,简单实用,加工方便;采用36°的密封区和根圆处的1.25最佳收敛比,具有更大的油膜力和剪切流量,并提高容积效率等。Abstract: To improve the lubrication performance on end-surface clearance of gear in external gear pump,the design method was proposed to strengthen the dynamic pressure lubrication effect on the end-surface clearance.Based on the requirement of simple process,the inner face of floating endplates was divided into three areas,the area above the center point of driving gear was the first part with a slope angle,the area below the center point of driven gear was the third part with the same slope angle,and the central area was the third part with parallel surface mainly used for sealing function. The same slope angle of the first area and the third area was derived from the conditions of the best oil-film force.. The results of design examples showed that the oil wedge structure on inner surface of floating endplate and the derived slope angle was easy to be processed,With the angle of 36�for sealing area in discharge side of pump and the best convergence rate of 1.25 in root circle,a strong oil-film power and a large shear flow could be obtained,and the volumetric efficiency of pump was also improved.
